SUBWAY TRAINS AVAILABLE ON THE CORNER OF 7 & 14:
This is the 7th Ave/Broadway IRT service.

  Local train runs from Van Cortland Park,  Bronx, to South Ferry Manhattan (9 was to discontinued on 5/31/05)

  Express trains run from Flatbush Ave. in Brooklyn to 241 St in The Bronx

  Express trains run from  New Lots Av, Brooklyn to 148 St in Manhattan.

Cheap access to LGA. Take 2 or 3 express to 125 and transfer to the M-60 eastbound bus.

SUBWAY TRAINS AVAILABLE ON THE CORNER OF 8 & 14 (1 BLK WEST)
This is the 8th Ave IND service.
  Express trains run from 207 St in Manhattan to either The Rockaways, or Lefferts Blvd. in Queens. 

  Local trains run from 168 Street, Manhattan to Euclid Ave, Brooklyn.

  Local trains run from Jamaica Center in Queens to World Trade Center Station/Manhattan (Easy east side connection to 53rd and 7th 5th or Lexington Ave)

SUBWAY TRAINS AVAILABLE ON THE CORNER OF 6 & 14 ( 1 BLK EAST)
This is the 6th Ave IND service.

  Local trains run from Coney Island station in Brooklyn to 179 St in Queens. Trains use 63rd Street tunnel. Easy east side access to Lexington & 63rd.

 Local stops between Forest Hills-71 Av in Queens and the Second Av station on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. (Easy east side connection to 53rd and 5th or Lexington Ave)

This is the Canarsie BMT service

  Local train which runs from 8th Ave & 14 in Manhattan to Canarsie in Brooklyn.

PATH TRAINS  
The fare is $1.50
PATH is available at 6 & 14 and operates to Hoboken, Jersey City, Harrison, and Newark. As well as easy access to 9th St & 6 Ave or Christopher & Greenwich Streets in Manhattan. Also easy access to Newport Center, as well as the cheapest transport to EWR.  For Newark Airport, take train to Newark, and then take express Airbus for $4 to all terminals.

 BUS SERVICE
M-20 busses run from Battery Park City to West 53 Street. Uptown busses run north on 8th Ave, and downtown busses run on 7th Ave.

M-14 busses come in various flavors. Some run west on 14 Street to the Chelsea Piers, some only go to Abingdon Square.  East bound on 14 street some turn south on Ave A to Grand street, others turn on Ave D to the FDR Drive.
