This is a reminder that Open Houses, which are being permitted in order to accommodate shareholders selling apartments, may only be conducted according to the following rules. These rules have been revised, effective February 13, 2006, in order to address the building's security concerns, minimize disturbances to other shareholders and avoid confusion and congestion in the lobby.

1. Shareholders who wish to hold an Open House any time on Monday through Saturday must notify the door staff 48 hours ahead of time as to the day, date and time as well as the names of their broker and other designated representatives.

2. Shareholders who wish to hold an Open House any time on Sunday must schedule their Open House with the door staff at least 48 hours ahead of time but no earlier than the previous Mondav for one of eight time slots that have been set aside for Open Houses each Sunday as follows:

11:30 - 1:00 p.m. - up to 3 Open Houses

1:00 - 2:30 p.m. - up to 2 Open Houses

2:30 - 4:00 p.m. - up to 3 Open Houses

If any shareholders request a Sunday time slot after the 8 designated slots have been scheduled, they will be given first choice of time slots the following Sunday, or, may schedule an Open House the same week on another day.

3. All shareholders, brokers and any designated representatives participating in Open Houses must wear nametags while escorting potential purchasers anywhere in the building.

4. If a shareholder is conducting an open house, or if an open house is being held by a real estate agent, the shareholder or their agent or other representative must accompany the prospective purchaser at all times while they are touring; the building. Staff has been instructed that under no circumstances will a prospective purchaser be permitted to go up to an apartment without being escorted by the shareholder, the shareholder's agent or their designated representatives. Prospective purchasers must be escorted from the lobby to the apartment or anywhere else in the building and escorted back to the lobby by the shareholder or designated broker or other representative.
