Canine Etiquette
1.
Please keep
your dog on a short leash at all times in all public spaces within the
building.
2.
Please do
not allow your dog to urinate or defecate on the ornamental brick directly in
front of the building, or on or in between the first tree pits on either side
of the brick entrance. Do not allow your dog inside any of the Vermeer tree
pits.
3.
Larger dogs
should use the service elevator whenever it is available.
4.
If you are
walking three or more dogs, please use the service elevator.
5.
If you must take
your dog(s) into a passenger elevator, please have them sit and/or remain calm.
Check to see if other riders are comfortable with your dog(s) before boarding
the elevator
Feline Etiquette
1.
Please do
not permit your cat(s) to roam the hallways or other public areas of the
building. This is for their safety.
2.
Please use a
carrier to transport your cat(s) in/out of your apartment.
