Marieken is a fabulous professional organizer. In a matter of a
few short hours, she helped me reorganize my kitchen and hall
closet. I now have more room than I ever thought I possibly could,
and for once I can actually find things. Her rates are very
reasonable ($60/hour). She also provides relocation (packing)
services.

the plumbing in both my apartment and my sisters he is also very
reliable. I have recommended him to several other Vermeer
residents.

German is courteous and does a very through job of washing your
windows both inside and out. He charges $20 for windows in the
living room or bedroom and $5 for the single windows such as in a
kitchen.

George is a general Contractor. He did all the work on my
kitchen when it was completely redone. He did a wonderful
job. He is very reliable, he was available to consult during
the planning process. His work was first class and he's a
terrific guy. He's very easy going and very good at what he
does. He also did some painting in my apartment again...very
nice job. Without hesitation I recommend him to my neighbors at
the Vermeer.

just completed renovation of my bathroom and my sisters bathroom
in the Vermeer . Thomas is a General Contractor who takes pride in
his work and is reliable. We obtained him from a new shareholder
in the Vermeer and are very happy with his work and his excellent
workers . If you need a contractor check him out you won't be
sorry .He is scheduled to continue working in several shareholders
in the next few weeks
